Group Gentle Hatha Yoga Class

Hatha Yoga allows you to unite body and mind in harmony and strength through practicing postures, stretches, breathing, meditation and relaxation. Hatha yoga’s many benefits include improved circulation, respiration, glandular function and metabolism.
This beneficial, enjoyable class is suited for beginning and intermediate level students as well as anyone who enjoys an easy pace. This class is ongoing and requires registration no later than Wednesday for that week. 2 Students min./ 10 max.for class session to occur.
